• Completed two projects of similar scope for public entities serving 750,000+ people
• One project must have been in California
• Registered and in good standing with sam.gov/SAM

• Implement office ergonomics software with single sign-on and Workday integration
• Conduct certified ergonomic evaluations for preventative, workers' compensation, and ADA cases
• Provide case management including referrals, scheduling, and reporting
• Develop on-demand and live ergonomic training programs
• Create training for departmental coordinators to perform basic evaluations
• Provide accessible County-branded marketing assets for program promotion
• Submit detailed evaluation reports within 7 days
• Schedule follow-up appointments after equipment installation
• Ensure software compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1
• Integrate with County's Learning Management System for training delivery
