Buyer seeks qualified contractors to provide expanded learning support tutors for 8 middle school sites. The services include after-school supervision and enrichment for students in grades 5-8. Staff will supervise students after regular school hours until 6:00 pm on all school days plus 20 non-instructional days. The contract will run from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026 with a possible one-year extension.

• Experience working with districts of similar size
• Capacity to provide expanded learning services
• Ability to comply with fingerprinting and background check requirements

• Provide after school supervision and enrichment services at 8 middle schools
• Staff approximately 78 positions across all school sites
• Deliver academic support, enrichment, and social-emotional learning activities
• Provide staff for regular school days plus 20 non-instructional days
• Ensure staff attend 5 days of RUSD-led professional development
• Staff 2 hours per month for site staff meetings
• Supervise students in grades 5-8 after school until 6:00 pm
• Participate in arts, science, technology, engineering, and math activities
• Maintain staff-to-student ratios according to district requirements
• Comply with fingerprinting and background check requirements
