• Implement a comprehensive Railroad Management Information System (RMIS)
• Integrate Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) software applications
• Configure software to meet NICTD's needs
• Develop and execute a training program
• Perform system testing and quality assurance
• Provide technical documentation and support
• Manage data migration and system integration
• Implement cybersecurity measures and controls
• Develop and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS)
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for the RMIS
