Buyer seeks to establish a price basis for photography supplies including darkroom equipment, cameras, accessories, and chemicals. The contract period is for one year from date of award with possibility of two additional one-year extensions. Buyer will award to lowest responsible bidder(s) to establish blanket purchase agreements for the cooperative members in Nassau County.

• Must honor manufacturer's standard warranty where applicable
• Must provide Material Safety Data Sheets for applicable products

• Supply various photography equipment and materials
• Provide darkroom supplies and equipment
• Deliver batteries for photography equipment
• Supply specialized bulbs for enlargers and safelights
• Provide storage containers and beakers for chemicals
• Furnish camera mounting accessories and parts
• Deliver photographic brushes and cleaning supplies
• Supply darkroom aprons and protective equipment
• Provide specialized photography books and materials
• Furnish photographic paper storage and handling accessories
