Buyer is seeking qualified irrigation contractors to provide professional irrigation services including installation, repairs and renovations. The contract will be for an initial period of three years with two one-year renewal options. Services include developing plans for servicing and repairing irrigation needs, maintaining systems, improving deficiencies, and providing emergency response services. Contractor must provide all necessary equipment for performing the work.

• Must be licensed Irrigation/Plumbing Service Company in Florida
• Minimum three years in irrigation services industry
• Must have experience working with government entities
• Provide minimum of three references
• Must submit all licenses and certifications

• Install new irrigation systems
• Repair existing irrigation infrastructure
• Renovate outdated irrigation systems
• Adjust sprinkler heads to prevent overspray
• Perform emergency irrigation repairs 24/7
• Service and repair pump and motor systems
• Implement water management practices
• Clean irrigation system components
• Verify landscaped areas are properly irrigated
• Modify automatic irrigation system controllers
