Buyer seeks a qualified firm to provide a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for approximately 7,000 full-time and part-time employees. The program must include confidential assessment, counseling, and referral services for employees, their spouses/partners, dependents, and household members. Services must be delivered via phone, video, online chat, email, and face-to-face interactions throughout a nationwide network. The contract is for a five-year multiyear term with various counseling session tiers.

- Must provide services through nationwide network with availability in Georgia
- Staff must have appropriate licenses/credentials for services
- Provide confidential short-term counseling for employees and dependents
- Maintain 24-hour crisis line with immediate telephone counseling
- Conduct workplace crisis intervention for traumatic events
- Deliver substance abuse assessments and appropriate treatment referrals
- Provide threat of violence potential assessments for employee safety
- Conduct critical incident stress debriefing services
- Offer grief counseling services following loss events
- Deliver online portal access for self-service resources
- Provide 9 hours of manager training annually
- Deliver 12 customized educational workshops annually
- Supply promotional materials for EAP services quarterly
- Generate monthly, quarterly and annual utilization reports
- Provide referrals to community resources for social services
- Manage successful return-to-work transitions
- Ensure network of counselors with locations in DeKalb County
- Maintain comprehensive referral network for specialized services
- Coordinate with County health plans for benefit integration
- Assist members in securing timely psychiatric appointments
- Provide TDD services for hearing impaired individuals
- Conduct annual employee information sessions
