Buyer seeks to establish a contract for the development of Adolescent American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) Substance Use Treatment and Recovery Services Level 3.7 Medically Monitored Intensive Inpatient Services. The program will serve adolescents with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions who require 24/7 supervision. Buyer is providing startup funding including for real estate acquisition or facility modifications for the expansion of these critically needed services.

  • Understanding of evidence-based practices and ASAM Criteria
  • Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria
  • Experience with trauma-informed care
  • Cultural competency
  • Ability to meet ASAM 3.7 licensing requirements
  • Develop ASAM 3.7 program providing 24/7 intensive inpatient care for adolescents
  • Screen, assess, treat, and refer adolescents based on individual needs
  • Develop individualized treatment plans addressing substance use and mental health
  • Coordinate care to ensure smooth transitions from admission
  • Work with community service providers to connect youth with resources
  • Document coordination of care processes for smooth transitions
  • Develop established curriculum including therapeutic interventions and education
  • Support referral and follow-up processes for youth in community
  • Meet ASAM 3.7 withdrawal management licensing requirements
  • Adhere to all DBHDS licensing regulations for providers
