- Recommend comprehensive Employee Benefits Program
- Track and report progress of Benefit Plans quarterly
- Review Employee Benefits Programs for compliance with regulations
- Provide consultation on government mandates like PPACA, FMLA, COBRA
- Assist with required Benefit Plan communications to employees
- Assist in developing and conducting Open Enrollment
- Assist with resolution of specific claims
- Provide renewal rate estimates and budget projections
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and evaluating proposal requests
