The buyer is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide scaffolding training for Authority Maintenance staff. The training must comply with OSHA standards and improve employee proficiency in scaffolding operations. It will cover fabricated frame support style scaffolds and suspended swing-lo style scaffolding. The successful proposer will develop and deliver a comprehensive two-day hands-on training program at various Authority locations.

• Trainers must have minimum five years experience conducting scaffolding training
• Maintain instructor-to-trainee ratio of 2:10, with minimum 2 trainers per class

• Develop and deliver two-day hands-on scaffolding training program
• Provide detailed training curriculum on proper scaffolding use, safety, and regulations
• Conduct classroom and on-site practical training sessions
• Assess participants' understanding through tests and practical evaluations
• Issue certificates to participants who successfully complete the training
• Provide post-training evaluation report summarizing employee performance
