Buyer is seeking qualified firms to conduct a Social Equity Study related to the Cannabis Industry. The study will examine equity challenges, evaluate effectiveness of current programs, and develop policy recommendations. The selected consultant will be required to collect and analyze data, engage with community stakeholders, and produce a comprehensive report.
