Buyer seeks qualified firms to provide integrated outreach, graphic design, and marketing services to the Zero Waste Palo Alto program. Services include developing outreach campaigns using Community-Based Social Marketing and behavior change strategies across diverse media platforms. The contractor will create various outreach materials, conduct market research, and implement strategies to foster community engagement and empowerment. This contract is for a three-year period.

• Develop annual zero waste outreach plans
• Create outreach materials and graphic designs
• Incorporate Community-Based Social Marketing (CBSM) strategies
• Conduct market research to understand barriers to behavior change
• Develop multi-cultural marketing campaigns
• Design utility bill inserts, ads, factsheets, and brochures
• Create customized illustrations and artwork
• Produce videos including story and script creation
• Design creative elements for the ZWPA website
• Facilitate surveys, questionnaires, and focus groups
