The facility has 728 inmate capacity with an average daily population of 398. The contractor must supply, install, and maintain all equipment for both telephone and video visitation services at no cost to the buyer. • Implement video visitation system for onsite and remote communication

• Ensure system prevents three-way calls and other unauthorized communication
• Install ADA-compliant telephones including wheelchair-accessible units
• Provide portable phones and TDD machines for hearing-impaired inmates
• Maintain call records and audio/video files for five years
• Provide 24/7 service and maintenance with responsive customer support
• Implement comprehensive cybersecurity protocols with encrypted data storage
