The buyer is seeking technical support services for various County Departments and Divisions. The contract will provide support for all servers and remote staffing solutions to supplement the County's Bureau of Information Technology. The services include 24/7 server monitoring, maintenance, support, performance optimization, and compliance auditing.

• 6/1/2025 - Contract Start Date

• Minimum five years experience providing similar IT services
• Minimum five years providing IT services for New Jersey governmental agencies
• Ability to retain full-time qualified staff for network, server and help desk needs
• Meet and pass all outlined security clearances
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Union County's systems and technology infrastructure

• Provide 24/7 proactive server monitoring for performance, uptime, and availability
• Perform regular system updates including OS patches, firmware, and software updates
• Provide 24x7 remote helpdesk server support with defined service level agreements
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of server configurations, workflows, and incident resolutions
• Audit systems to ensure compliance with regulations, industry standards, and best practices
