Buyer seeks consultant services for a 12-month Feasibility Study to advance design and engineering of three park caps over I-75 in Downtown Detroit. The project aims to reconnect communities separated by the freeway and address past harms associated with freeway construction. Work includes transportation engineering, public space design, and community engagement to develop plans to 30% completion.
