Buyer is seeking a contractor to implement a Jira Cloud Service Management solution for enterprise-level Information Technology Service Management (ITSM). The project includes software licensing, migration, implementation, and integration with existing Microsoft systems. Buyer needs the contractor to develop workflows, configure the platform, and provide training over a 42-month contract period. The implementation period is six months with an additional three years of enterprise licensing.

• Minimum 5 years implementing Jira Service Management in the Cloud
• Minimum 5 years implementing corporate-wide ITSM solution
• Must be current authorized Platinum Atlassian Partner

• Acquire Jira Cloud ITSM Solution and add-on components
• Migrate Metra projects and data into Jira Cloud
• Develop workflows for federated service delivery
• Implement ITSM with system integrations to Azure AD and Microsoft tools
• Establish solution operations and DevOps processes
• Configure service desk, workflows, APIs, analytics and KPIs
• Create minimum of ten dashboards to optimize ticket resolution
• Migrate asset data from Snipe-IT to Jira Cloud
• Provide comprehensive training for users and administrators
• Deliver post go-live support and knowledge transfer
