Services include Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, and School Psychologists. The contract is for the 2025-26 school year with an option to extend for two additional years. Providers must be licensed in New York State and maintain appropriate insurance coverage.

• Be licensed and registered in New York State
• Provide current New York State licenses and registration certificates
• Maintain appropriate professional liability/malpractice insurance

• Provide Physical Therapist services
• Provide Physical Therapy Assistant services
• Provide Speech and Language Pathologist services
• Provide Speech and Language Pathologist Assistant services
• Provide Occupational Therapist services
• Provide Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant services
• Provide School Psychologist services
• Prepare and complete written reports and documentation for special education students
• Provide mentoring for therapists, teachers, and specialists
• Conduct yearly and ongoing performance evaluations of staff
