Buyer plans to award contracts to the best evaluated respondent for each category including pharmacy benefit management, Section 125 plan administration, COBRA administration, HSA services, FMLA administration, EAP services, wellness programs, vision plans, life plans, and stop loss reinsurance. Multiple employee classifications will be covered including full-time, part-time, and retirees.
