Buyer is seeking a comprehensive and user-friendly Central Reservations and Point of Sale System (CRPSS) for its Parks Department. The system must be web-based and cloud-hosted with online booking capabilities for camping sites, picnic areas, facilities, and permits. Buyer requires the system to process online payments, manage annual passes, and provide extensive reporting features. The contract will have an initial term of three years with two optional two-year extensions.

• Payment Card Industry - Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) Compliant
• Able to provide implementation, training, and maintenance services
• Legally authorized to do business in California
• Registered and in good standing with sam.gov/SAM

• Create web-based and cloud-hosted central reservation system
• Implement customizable point of sale system integration
• Provide interactive maps showing reservation sites and amenities
