Buyer seeks qualified agencies to provide Higher Education and Career Training services for TANF and Safety Net Family recipients. The program must help recipients obtain sustainable jobs and achieve financial independence. Services include developing employment plans, intensive case management, training activities, and hands-on work experiences. Buyer requires services for a minimum of 200 individuals annually with special focus on trauma-informed practices and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

- Provide intensive case management services
- Monitor attendance in training programs
- Arrange unpaid work experience opportunities
- Deliver job readiness training including resume preparation
- Provide job development and placement services
- Deliver mandatory financial literacy education
- Conduct sexual harassment prevention training
- Create job recruitment strategies targeting high-demand sectors
- Provide follow-up services for employment retention
