• Provide real-time performance monitoring and metrics
• Implement high availability and scalability through dynamic resource allocation
• Enhance security features like CASB, DLP, IG
• Optimize database performance and consistency
• Improve disaster recovery capabilities
• Conduct business process re-engineering if replacing functionality
• Migrate data and integrate with existing City systems
• Provide post-implementation support and maintenance
