• Deliver 12 educational seminars on mental health topics annually
• Operate 24-hour toll-free confidential assistance line
• Provide crisis intervention for emergencies like suicidal ideation
• Create employee brochures and EAP user guides
• Submit monthly utilization reports to Human Resources
• Make treatment referrals within MDHS preferred provider network
• Conduct unlimited on-site critical incident stress debriefings
• Deliver up to six counseling sessions per issue per employee
