Buyer seeks a provider for Moody's Analytics Gold Service package or equivalent to support the Revenue Estimating Division. The service will help carry out constitutional duties related to budget and revenue estimates, including preparing fiscal notes and producing state revenue estimates. Buyer requires economic data and forecasts to support the Biennial Revenue Estimate, Certification Revenue Estimate, and other financial projections.

• Provide monthly Regional Financial Review with US macro and regional economic analysis
• Deliver Précis U.S. Macro reports with 5-year forecast data for economic variables
• Supply Texas state-specific economic reports published three times annually
• Furnish Texas metropolitan area economic reports with 5-year forecasts
• Provide access to detailed employment, output, and wages forecast databases
• Deliver 30-year forecasts of Texas economic factors updated monthly
• Grant access to historical US national and regional economic databases
• Host at least one in-person briefing by Chief Economist annually
• Support up to 18 members of the Texas State Data Consortium
• Offer unlimited telephone access to analytics staff
