Buyer seeks a qualified firm to provide Program and Performance Management Services for its Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) project. The selected firm will oversee all aspects from RFP development through implementation for approximately 58,500 electric meters and 50,000 water meters. Services include strategic planning, project management, vendor selection support, system integration, customer outreach, cybersecurity oversight, and change management. The firm will work alongside the AMI vendor to ensure successful deployment meeting all milestones, budget, and quality standards.

- Ensure seamless integration with existing CIS, OMS, ERP, and SCADA systems
- Develop public outreach plan to educate residents about the AMI project
- Ensure data protection and cybersecurity policies align with industry standards
- Design and implement phased pilot deployment before full-scale implementation
- Develop change management plan for staff transitioning to AMI systems
- Establish Project Steering Committee for governance and decision-making
