Buyer seeks qualified contractors to provide on-call automation, controls, and SCADA engineering services for the Public Utilities Department. The services will primarily support the Wastewater Management Division's automated systems at the Paseo Real Wastewater Reclamation Facility and remote sites. The contractor will provide emergency and non-emergency support, automation engineering, software updates, programming, telemetry support, IT services, and documentation. The buyer plans to award multiple contractors for a four-year term.

• Provide emergency SCADA technical support within 2 hours
• Develop automation and controls engineering solutions for optimization
• Perform software programming modifications and improvements
• Support existing radio telemetry systems
• Provide network and IT support for SCADA computers
• Implement and advise on cybersecurity vulnerabilities
• Develop a 10-year preventative maintenance plan
• Document changes in AutoCAD and PDF formats
• Perform non-emergency support within 12 hours
• Design reviews for automation projects
• Install and assist with software/firmware updates
• Support remote site operations
• Test and deploy new software programming
• Maintain high-level security for SCADA systems
• Provide expertise for water treatment facility automation
