Buyer seeks a qualified firm to provide information technology services for its staff of 5-10 employees. Buyer requires both essential IT services and potential ad-hoc specialized services. The contract will be for a minimum of one year with option to extend for two additional one-year periods. Buyer seeks a provider with experience working with governmental agencies or Connecticut quasi-public entities.
