Buyer seeks an experienced Cognos Developer for the Ohio Benefits Program. The developer will create, maintain, and provide training for the Cognos tool used to support reporting requirements. Responsibilities include designing BI reports, executing ETL processes, generating program data, and providing production support. The contract period runs from July 2025 through June 2026 with possible renewal for up to three additional years.

• Seven years experience in Cognos architecture and development
• Seven years experience in Tableau architecture and development
• Seven years experience in Informatica tool and Control M scheduler
• Five years experience in enterprise data warehouse architecture
• Seven years experience with FNS 583, TDR, OWN reports
• Seven years experience with Integrated Eligibility systems
• Strong leadership skills

• Design and develop BI reports and framework model
• Design, develop and execute ETL processes
• Generate monthly program block data for consumption files
• Provide production support for batch and report runs
• Troubleshoot file extract and load executions
• Design and execute ad hoc report requests
• Support system integrations with required data extracts
• Monitor and validate report availability in production
• Create and maintain Cognos tools for reporting requirements
• Provide training for Ohio Benefits Program Cognos tool
