Buyer seeks a Senior IT Security Analyst to support the Ohio Benefits Program for a one-year term with possible extensions. The candidate will review security procedures, respond to exceptions, assist with audit remediation, and protect system integrity. Position requires extensive cybersecurity experience, CISSP certification, and strong technical knowledge of various systems. Work will be performed under an existing statewide contract.

• NIST 800-53 and CMS MARS-E knowledge
• Ten years experience in cybersecurity
• CISSP credentials required
• Experience with security, privacy, and IT audits
• Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, databases
• Experience in technical writing

• Review and update security policies based on regulations
• Recommend security architecture improvements
• Evaluate security and privacy needs
• Assist with security incident response
• Respond to audit findings with remediation plans
• Represent security team at governmental meetings
• Review access rights requests through 7078 process
• Align security with Enterprise Architecture governance
• Develop security training and tabletop exercises
• Protect confidentiality and integrity of Ohio Benefits systems
