Buyer seeks a qualified vendor to create and maintain a geospatial needs assessment platform focused on health indicators. The platform must include an interactive dashboard or atlas showcasing relevant health data. The vendor will process data from various sources, provide analysis, and support the Regional Data Advisory Council. The project requires expertise in regional data management and health assessment frameworks.

• Significant knowledge in data curation, storage, and analysis at regional scale
• Expertise creating/maintaining user-friendly interactive data dashboards or websites
• Familiarity with Community Health Needs Assessment and Improvement Plans (preferred)
• Ability to provide data-driven analytics with community context (preferred)

• Create and maintain interactive health indicators dashboard or atlas
• Process and clean open-source and proprietary governmental/healthcare data
• Analyze health data and provide recommendations to regional advisory council
• Identify key health indicators at regional scale
• Provide technical support and consultation to Regional Data Advisory Council
• Store and curate regional health data
• Generate quantitative, data-driven analytics with community context
• Support Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) processes
• Inform Community Health Improvement Plans (CHIP)
• Update geospatial platform with new health indicators as identified
