- System design, testing, rollout and maintenance
- System integration design and testing
- Implementing information systems including software and hardware installation
- Providing IT service management and delivery
- Diagnosing and resolving system problems
- Supporting Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- Improving Microsoft System Center Service Manager (SCSM)
- Supporting VMWare virtualization environment
- Managing Palo Alto Networks Firewall and URL filtering
- Supporting Rubrik backup and disaster recovery systems
- Providing security policy development and procedures
- Developing documentation for operations and maintenance
- Supporting Pure storage platforms
- Maintaining Nutanix infrastructure
- Creating Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Coding, testing, and debugging utility programs
- Analyzing operational support for computer system resources
- Developing security monitoring and response procedures
- Implementing HP Switches and Infoblox network management
- Performing knowledge transfer and training
