The contract covers various Cisco equipment including UCS, HyperFlex, Nexus, and MDS systems. Buyer requires 24x7x4 support for most items with maintenance periods primarily running from August 2025 through July 2026. This is a Small Business Reserve Procurement limited to certified small business vendors.

• Maintain Cisco ONE Foundation Perpetual MDS 9300 systems
• Support Nexus 3132 VXLAN network equipment
• Deliver UCS 6454 FI hardware maintenance
• Provide maintenance for UCS EZ BUN 5108 Blade servers
• Support HyperFlex HX240c M5 All Flash Nodes
• Maintain MDS 9148T 32G FC switches
• Support MDS 9396T 32G systems with active ports
• Maintain Nexus 9300 and 9508 chassis systems
• Service UCS B200 M5 Blade servers
