Renewable Water Resources

Buyer is soliciting proposals from eligible consultants to provide FEMA project oversight services to support recovery from Hurricane Helene. Services include damage inspection, recovery, and grant management in compliance with FEMA Public Assistance program. The term of the agreement extends through December 31, 2025, with an option to renew for an additional one-year term. The selected consultant must coordinate with stakeholders to ensure an efficient recovery process.

• Must have existed for minimum of five years under current company name
• Must have capability and staff to perform the work
• Must have demonstrated experience performing this level of work regularly
• Project manager must have experience supervising/managing similar FEMA-related projects

• Provide technical assistance on FEMA process, procedures and requirements
• Identify disaster damaged facilities and prepare Damage Descriptions and Dimensions
• Develop scopes of work for damaged facilities and equipment
• Prepare cost estimates for eligible projects
• Perform grant management and coordinate with stakeholders
• Implement immersive and site inspection technology solutions
• Automate integration of geospatial data
• Create three-dimensional modeling as needed
• Perform hazard mitigation planning and risk assessment
• Conduct benefit-cost analyses to demonstrate project feasibility
