Buyer seeks a prime contractor to provide construction management services for the Mossdale Urban Flood Risk Reduction Project. The selected consultant must provide all labor, equipment, tools, and facilities necessary for completion of services. Buyer encourages inclusion of local consultants and support of local economic development in San Joaquin County. The design portion will be completed under a separate contract.

• Cannot be prime contractor or member of design/permitting team
• Must have capability to provide all necessary labor and equipment

• Provide construction management services for flood risk reduction project
• Furnish labor, equipment, tools, and facilities for project completion
• Coordinate with separately contracted design team
• Manage sub-consultants to accomplish project requirements
• Support local economic development initiatives in San Joaquin County
• Enhance regional technical expertise through project implementation
• Coordinate with design team providing engineering during construction
• Demonstrate capability to manage flood control infrastructure construction
• Ensure compliance with flood control regulatory requirements
• Engage with local consultants based in San Joaquin County
