Buyer is seeking a community development consultant team to collaborate with the Hopewell Mann Neighborhood on a comprehensive neighborhood stabilization plan. The project aims to establish a viable and implementable plan that will stabilize and strengthen existing communities within the Midtown District. Buyer seeks to create an equitable and inclusive planning process as a precedent for future neighborhood planning, particularly for communities facing development pressures and displacement. The consultant will work closely with community organizations in a co-creation process prioritizing typically underrepresented populations.
