- Recommend creative assets for statewide media plan
- Develop value-added media opportunities
- Obtain and update creative assets from CDC's Media Campaign Resource Center
- Submit detailed media performance reports monthly
- Evaluate media performance against CDPHE-approved criteria
- Engage priority populations and marginalized communities effectively
- Create campaigns that address politically sensitive issues
- Submit quarterly progress reports and annual project reports
- Develop graphics based on social media content calendars
- Track budget and optimize campaign resources
- Meet with STEPP every two weeks for campaign strategy discussions
- Cross-reference media placement with CDPHE statewide campaigns
- Conduct market research to inform messaging
- Design and implement earned media strategies
- Provide technical assistance to grantees
