Buyer seeks responsive and responsible contractors to provide Enterprise Network Support services. Buyer requires dedicated resources to support critical network infrastructure including WAN/SDWAN, LAN, data center networks, VOIP systems, and firewalls. The resources must understand the overall network design, traffic routing, and equipment functionality. Buyer needs two roles: Tier 2 Network Support Analyst and Network Engineer/SME.

• Three years experience with Cisco network devices
• Three years experience with MPLS/VPLS/VPN connections
• Three years experience with Palo Alto firewalls
• Experience with network security tools and practices
• Experience with enterprise network monitoring tools

• Support enterprise WAN/SDWAN network infrastructure with Cisco routers and Palo Alto devices
• Maintain segmented LAN networks with Cisco switches and access points
• Manage Palo Alto firewalls and VPN configurations
• Support Cisco Unified Communications/VOIP networks
• Implement and support data center networks
• Respond to emergency network outages within 60 minutes
• Monitor network environments using tools like PRTG and Cisco Prime
• Troubleshoot complex network issues using Wireshark and tcpdump
• Deploy and configure cloud networks and connectivity solutions
• Support UCaaS and CCaaS migration initiatives
