Buyer seeks a qualified firm to provide support services for UKG products including Pro Workforce Management-Timekeeping, Accruals, Absence-Leave and Telestaff. The consultant must provide business analyst level expertise for configuration strategy and troubleshooting. Work will be performed primarily remotely with coordination with the buyer's IT division. Buyer anticipates approximately 75-100 hours of service annually with a four-year contract term.

- Five years verifiable experience in UKG support services
- Business analyst level skill set
- Familiarity with Infor Lawson 10.1.0.0 finance system
- Experience with UKG and Infor integration
- Availability during Alaska business hours
- Provide functional and technical expertise for UKG timekeeping products
- Support Pro Workforce Management-Timekeeping system configuration
- Configure and troubleshoot Accruals and Absence-Leave modules
- Support Telestaff system integration and functionality
- Coordinate technical work with in-house IT division
- Ensure integration between UKG and Infor Lawson 10.1.0.0
- Respond to support requests within one business day
- Provide help desk consultations during Alaska business hours
- Perform remote support with occasional on-site visits if needed
- Bill services in fifteen-minute increments
