Buyer seeks Owner's Representative services for a Public Safety Campus project. The project includes two new buildings: a 60,000-65,000 SF main facility and a 15,000 SF police substation. Buyer requires comprehensive project management including planning, design oversight, construction management, and technology implementation. The campus will accommodate 24/7 operations with significant technology components. The project requires 20% MBE/WBE participation.

• Minimum 15 years' experience overseeing vertical construction projects
• Performed these duties as full-time position for last 10 years
• Recent successful experience managing comparable complex public facilities
• Active State of Ohio License in Architecture or Engineering
• Current contract compliance number from City of Columbus Office of Diversity

• Provide scope management services for public safety campus construction
• Perform risk management throughout project duration
• Develop and document project goals in Owner Project Requirements document
• Oversee technology implementation including hardware, software, and AV components
• Facilitate discussions between Owner and stakeholder agencies
• Coordinate project planning and decision-making efforts
• Perform continuous budget updates and cost allocation coordination
• Develop project cash flow projections
• Provide configuration management for project components
• Deliver regular project reporting and attend progress meetings
