Buyer is seeking proposals for a CAO Strategic Forecast/Referral System. The contract term is anticipated to be an initial period of one year with three one-year County options. The system must be developed and implemented using OutSystems commercial software on-premise. Buyer requires a solution that efficiently tracks referrals and provides forecasting capabilities for the Chief Administrative Office.

• Develop and implement system using OutSystems commercial software (on-premise)
• Create centralized referral tracking system
• Provide detailed system design including architecture and components
• Develop implementation approach for three project phases
• Conduct testing and quality assurance
• Provide training and deployment planning
• Deliver documentation and support materials
• Ensure system integration with existing County infrastructure
• Implement risk mitigation strategies for system implementation
• Provide post-implementation support
