Buyer seeks a qualified consultant to provide professional and technical support for their Project Management Office. The consultant will serve as the principal staffing source for project and program controls disciplines. Services include governance, project management support, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, change management, risk management, contract administration, reporting, and document controls. The contract is anticipated to start July 2025 with a duration of approximately three years.

• Provide governance and compliance support for project management
• Deliver project management training, guidance, and negotiation support
• Develop cost estimates and manage project budgets
• Create and maintain project schedules
• Implement change management and claim avoidance processes
• Conduct risk management for projects and programs
• Provide contract administration services
• Develop and distribute project reports
• Manage document controls and records management systems
• Produce technical writing for project documentation
• Develop strategic planning for organizational change
• Staff the Project Management Office (PMO)
• Provide professional and technical project controls support
• Execute cost management for capital projects
