- 5+ years as technology lead deploying enterprise solutions.
- 3+ years specifically with Drupal.
- Strong communication skills to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of CSS, HTML, and PHP, JavaScript.
- Experience with web development best practices, accessibility, and security.
- Oversee DevOps and technical architecture for Drupal-based website.
- Lead development efforts for sprints, ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Supervise internal developer while interfacing with external technical partners.
- Scope and write technical requirements using JIRA or ClickUp.
- Manage SSO integrations with Google, Clever, and Canvas.
- Translate technical challenges into actionable opportunities for scalability.
- Execute code deploys and oversee testing, QA, and release management.
- Integrate third-party platforms like Salesforce with Drupal solutions.
- Define and track KPIs for platform health and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot complex website issues, occasionally requiring off-hours work.
