  • Strong communication skills to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of CSS, HTML, and PHP, JavaScript.
  • Experience with web development best practices, accessibility, and security.
  • Oversee DevOps and technical architecture for Drupal-based website.
  • Lead development efforts for sprints, ensuring alignment with objectives.
  • Supervise internal developer while interfacing with external technical partners.
  • Scope and write technical requirements using JIRA or ClickUp.
  • Manage SSO integrations with Google, Clever, and Canvas.
  • Translate technical challenges into actionable opportunities for scalability.
  • Execute code deploys and oversee testing, QA, and release management.
  • Integrate third-party platforms like Salesforce with Drupal solutions.
  • Define and track KPIs for platform health and operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot complex website issues, occasionally requiring off-hours work.
