Buyer seeks a platform to support the Co-Responder Program serving adults experiencing behavioral health crises in Fulton County. The system will track crisis calls, manage behavioral health interventions, and facilitate service linkages. The platform must enable real-time data entry from mobile teams, integrate with existing systems, and maintain compliance with privacy regulations. This is a three-year grant-funded program supported by two BJA grants.

• Experience in public safety and behavioral health technology
• Strong financial stability for long-term platform maintenance
• Experience managing federally funded projects

• Dedicated IT infrastructure and cloud-based hosting capabilities

• Customize platform for crisis call tracking and behavioral health interventions
• Ensure HIPAA, CJIS, and 42 CFR Part 2 compliance for data security
• Enable data sharing with law enforcement databases and healthcare providers
• Develop real-time mobile data entry capabilities for crisis response teams
• Create automated reports for performance tracking and grant compliance
• Implement role-based access control for authorized personnel only
• Integrate with 911 dispatch systems and 14 municipal police departments
• Ensure compatibility with electronic health records and jail management systems
• Provide 24/7 technical support for system troubleshooting
