NYC Arts in Education Roundtable

Buyer seeks a qualified consultant to facilitate a strategic planning process and develop a new five-year Strategic Plan. The consultant will work with staff, Strategic Planning Committee, and Board of Directors to complete the scope of work. Buyer is a nonprofit service organization working to improve arts education in NYC schools and communities, representing cultural organizations and teaching artists across all boroughs. The project will build on buyer's successful implementation of their current strategic plan and recent organizational growth.

• Experience working with nonprofit organizations similar to the Roundtable in size and scope

• Analyze existing strategic plan and organizational documents
• Create comprehensive work plan and timeline
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews and input sessions
• Conduct organizational assessment identifying challenges and opportunities
• Lead strategic planning sessions with board and committee
• Develop 3-5 strategic priorities with measurable goals
• Create implementation roadmap with key performance indicators
• Prepare 15-20 page strategic plan document
• Design condensed 1-2 page version for stakeholders
• Present final plan to board, staff and key stakeholders
