- Support multiple technology types: Legacy, Core and Emerging
- Demonstrate expertise in specific business domains
- Respond to Statements of Work with detailed proposals
- Create solutions compliant with Oklahoma IT Standards
- Staff projects of varying complexity and size
- Provide application development and maintenance
- Execute quality assurance processes
- Develop mobile applications and widgets
- Deliver specialized IT services across technology environments
