Police Officer Standards and Training Academy

The buyer is seeking proposals to provide advanced in-service training for experienced law enforcement officers in Connecticut. • Experience, education or training in law enforcement appropriate to the proposal
• Specialized knowledge, skills or training in law enforcement appropriate to the proposal

• Develop and deliver technical and advanced in-service training for experienced law enforcement officers
• Present training programs focused specifically on law enforcement
• Provide exportable training courses to locations in Connecticut
• Deliver training in patrol procedures and practical police skills
• Provide crash investigation and traffic services training
• Develop introductory, intermediate and advanced level in-service training
• Assist with evaluation of training provided to state and municipal police officers
