Buyer is seeking vendor input to assist with developing comprehensive disaster recovery runbooks. This is the second phase of buyer's Disaster Recovery data center refresh project. Buyer has completed implementation of new hyperconverged server infrastructure and now needs standardized guides for responding to incidents and managing infrastructure failures. The runbooks will cover incident response, failover processes, network recovery, and security incident response.

• Previous successful relevant experience in PAM solutions
• Experience working with municipalities

• Develop comprehensive DR runbooks for disaster recovery processes
• Document incident response and escalation procedures

• Establish network recovery and reconfiguration procedures
• Define server and application recovery protocols
• Document backup and restoration workflows
• Create security incident response procedures
• Develop testing and validation procedures for DR processes
• Incorporate best practices for maintaining runbooks over time
• Document system dependencies between applications and infrastructure
