- Provide on-site helpdesk technicians Monday-Friday 7:00AM-6:00PM
- Deliver after-hours support for critical system outages
- Support public meetings including Council and Planning Commission
- Manage physical and virtual servers with Microsoft Hypervisors
- Maintain network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, and VoIP
- Administer domain services, email, backup, and security systems
- Troubleshoot Office 365 and Exchange issues
- Support SQL databases and Crystal Reports
- Perform cybersecurity vulnerability assessments and policy development
- Respond to emergencies within 1 hour per SLA
