Buyer seeks qualified contractors to provide emergency response and recovery services following natural disasters. Services include debris removal, staging, processing, and disposal, as well as demolition of unsafe structures and hazardous waste handling. Contractor must provide technical guidance, administrative support, on-site management, and all necessary personnel, vehicles, and equipment. Contractor must be self-sufficient regarding housing, power, communications, and supplies during recovery operations.

• 5/1/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Large scale debris removal, separation, staging, and disposal
• Tree trimming, stump grinding, and removal of hazardous trees
• Demolition of unsafe structures and construction debris removal
• Management of temporary debris management sites (TDMS)
• Emergency road clearance within 70 hours post-disaster
• Hazardous waste handling, containment, and disposal
• Managing debris from private property with proper ROE agreements
• Providing technical disaster recovery assistance and documentation
• Implementing data management systems for debris tracking
• Providing GIS tracking and electronic debris monitoring
