Buyer seeks professional planning services to develop a comprehensive plan for Dingman Township. The plan will guide growth and development within municipal boundaries. It will involve evaluation of community resources, identification of possibilities and constraints, and action plans for implementation. The buyer prefers the plan follow PA DCED 'Creating an Implementable Comprehensive Plan' guidelines.

• 5/1/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Lead planner must have minimum five years experience in municipal comprehensive plans
• Experience with grant funded planning programs

• Develop user-friendly and implementable comprehensive plan
• Conduct background research, inventory, and evaluation of community resources
• Facilitate public participation through meetings and stakeholder interviews
• Create GIS maps for land use, transportation, and infrastructure
• Develop implementation strategies and action plans
• Analyze patterns and trends related to physical development and infrastructure
• Identify strategic issues and future needs
• Conduct public survey for resident and visitor input
• Prepare plan elements including land use, housing, transportation, and economic development
• Ensure consistency with existing plans and regulations
