Buyer needs to renew 829 Application points for use with Maximo Application suite covering 4 Maximo environments. The subscription will run from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. Buyer operates the third largest wastewater agency west of the Mississippi River, treating approximately 185 million gallons of wastewater daily.

• Must be an Authorized Channel or Distributor for IBM

• Provide 829 IBM Maximo Application Suite points
• Deliver electronic software subscription and support
• Maintain IBM Passport Advantage agreement
• Support four Maximo environments (Vanilla, Development, Training, Production)
• Ensure subscription is ready by July 1, 2025
• Comply with OC San purchasing requirements
• Provide cyber liability insurance
• Certify as an authorized IBM channel partner
• Submit all required documentation through PlanetBids system
• Warrant that all products are new and from authorized channels
