Buyer seeks a Technology Consultant to assist with system engineering and advise on the functionality and operation of a Commercial Vehicle Registration system. The consultant will develop a Statement of Work, functional and technical requirements, and create a strategy for data integration and migration. The project includes providing ongoing support during the solicitation process and advising on vendor evaluation criteria. Buyer requires a consultant with prior experience implementing CVR systems in other states.

• 5/15/2025 - Anticipated RFP Evaluations

• Prior experience implementing a Commercial Vehicle Registration system for another state

• Provide expertise on CVR system functionality based on other state implementations
• Develop Statement of Work for CVR system replacement RFP
• Develop functional and technical system requirements
• Create data migration and system integration strategy
• Advise on selection criteria for vendor evaluation
• Draft evaluation criteria for CVR system procurement
• Support agency during vendor solicitation process
• Recommend resources, roles, responsibilities, and training needs
• Advise on integration with existing systems
• Develop migration plan for current and historical data
